Programme Details:

The first session comprises an introduction to the Living In Balance programme, a general conversation and assessment of your drinking history along with your desire for a different, happier future.

Over the course of the 15 weeks you are required to do ‘homework’ between sessions. This is for you, not for me! It helps you build self-awareness and strength in change.

You will also make an explicit agreement with me to abstain from alcohol while you attend the programme AND attend a support group for persons with alcohol related problems at least during our time working together. This is for you, not for me! It helps reconnect with other people who understand what you’re struggling with and with time you will see the brightness in your days again.
